30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all included parts. Contact support@grillvelora.com with your order number before mailing anything. We will provide return instructions and the correct return location after approval; do not send a return to our business address unless instructed.
Free returns
We provide a free return shipping label for approved returns within the United States and do not charge a restocking fee. Please use the label we provide.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refund timing
After receipt and inspection, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
