Shipping destinations and cost

Grill Velora offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Standard transit is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 3–5 business days from order placement. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by product, destination, carrier, weather, or holiday volume. Shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout after the order ships. If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@grillvelora.com or +1 717-667-2838. For damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos when possible.
